A Swedish company Doro has introduced its Android phone specially designed for the senior citizens. Named as PhoneEasy 740, the phone will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will have simple UI along with big buttons and simple apps. The touch and type phone will come with 5 megapixel camera, memory card slot and connectivity options.
ViewSonic has launched its Android based dual SIM 3G smartphone ViewPhone 3 in India for Rs. 9,990. Powered by 800 MHz Qualcomm processor, the phone comes loaded with 512 MB RAM, 3.5-inches touchscreen, a 5MP autofocus camera and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
